Accounting Manager (Full Charge Bookkeeper)

Job Description:
RadioMobile is seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounting Manager to join our small but growing manufacturing and technology company in San Deigo. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting as well as finance and administration tasks at the company. This role is hands on and is critical to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the financial health of the organization. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a much larger role within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Full Charge Bookkeeping as well as managing all company ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing clients, entering vendor expenses, and processing payment.
- Supervisor and oversee payroll, including managing the payroll system and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Reconcile accounts, complete month-end close adjustments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports, cash flow forecasts and various operating reports.
- Manage inventory and must have experience with cost accounting concepts.
- Collaborate with external accountants during audits and tax preparation. File quarterly sales tax returns, and annual HR compliance.
- Managing purchase orders, inventory, cost accounting, and overseeing office management duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
- Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise software.
- Experience preparing financial statements.
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing or related industry.
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Manufacturing accounting software

Senior Software Engineer, iOS Mobile Application Developer

As an iOS Software Engineer at RadioMobile, you’ll be at the forefront of technology, creating, enhancing, maintaining, and testing mobile software applications for 911 dispatch, mobile devices, and other critical applications used by public safety departments and fleet management organizations. You’ll not only enhance our current product suite but also collaborate with management and team members to innovate and develop new programs and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Charge: Be the lead iOS developer responsible for the entire lifecycle of a field app
used by first responders. - Innovate and Create: Design, build, and maintain the app using Swift and UIKit, leveraging
ArcGIS for mapping and Alamofire for networking.
- Deploy with Confidence: Manage deployments through App Store Connect and TestFlight,
including provisioning profiles and certificates. - Ensure Stability: Handle bug tracking, crash monitoring, and ongoing maintenance to ensure
stability in high-pressure field environments. - Collaborate and Integrate: Work closely with a backend engineer to define API integrations and
implement new features. - Shape the Future: Take an active role in shaping product direction, helping prioritize and design
features from both technical and user perspectives. - Support Real-World Workflows: Apply practical knowledge of GIS, spatial data, and navigation
to support real-world emergency response workflows. - Version Control Mastery: Use Git for version control and source management.
- Develop and Test: Design and develop iPad and iPhone software applications using standard
development tools. - Database Integration: Design and develop database-driven client-server applications.
- Quality Assurance: Assist the team with quality assurance testing, problem resolution, and
documentation. - Team Coordination: Coordinate with other staff designers and developers to ensure total end-
to-end system functionality. - Global Collaboration: Work with an offshore team to coordinate development and testing.
- Hands-On Development: Work onsite at least 60% of the time to develop and test with related
hardware and communications equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering.
- 5+ years of directly related experience in Software Development technologies.
- Knowledge of iOS development environment including LTE and WiFi communications, IP
protocols, and graphical user interfaces (GUI). - Strong design, coding & code review skills as well as testing experience.
- Expertise in Swift and UIKit and other tools such as iPadOS, macOS, Xcode, GitHub, App Store
Connect. - Familiarity with cloud computing and deployment; Microsoft Azure preferred.
- Some knowledge of Windows Development systems including Databases and Communications.
- Self-motivated, good time management, and comfort working individually and in a group
environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with:
– GIS/Mapping and SDKs (for example, Apple Maps and ESRI).
– Relational database management system (SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server).
