RM introduces a new Utility for assisting Customer in finding
and determining site coverage for their conventional mobile
data networks.

Totally automatic, RM coverage Utility will capture signal strength data from one or more channels and display
the result on a map.

Parameters are all adjustable, for both capture as well as display.

April, 2006, San Diego – RM announces its new Integrated Radio with advanced modem for conventional systems. An update to its current mobile data transceiver, the new Integrated radio is cabable of data speeds over 25khz channels up to 22kbps at -115dbm and at 12.5khz channels data speeds up to 9.6kb at the same sensitivity. An 800mhz version of this transceiver is expected in August 06.

April, 2006, San Diego RM receives orders for new additional equipment from four of its current customer base, up to 200 modems are now in production to cover these orders.


March, 2006, Bremerton Washington. RM’s newest Product, the RSSI and RF Coverage Utility is delivered to two customers for trial runs. Kitsap County 911 center and London’s Dial-a-Cab field engineers are testing coverage and Signal strength to ascertain current coverage. The RSSI allows investigation of any site with conventional RF for potential use by measuring its actual signal levels. The RF module allows RM’s customer to measure their true functional coverage as it is now. Other customers are considering the Utility for their system evaluation.

March 2006, London, UK -RM successfully installs a new Base Station system for Dial-a-Cab in London. Selecting a site with serious reception problem, the new Tait TB8100 base station with data sensitivity at -118dbm provided excellent capture of DAC’s mobile fleet, and reducing the received data rate from over 14% to under 2.5% a normal rate.


January 2006, RadioMobile expands its Wi-Fi product offering by offering three integrated product groups and priced to meet customers vendor and functional preferences. Wi-Fi is not new to RM, it has been a standard offering and implemented with its customers for many years. The new focus utilizes services and custom large scale implementation hardware provided by Cetacea Sound Corporation. These pre packaged solutions allow customers to do simple but very effective implementations using no nonsense products proven to be effective and reliable. August 2005, Las Vegas NV. RM receives orders from AMR. Additional CMX6000 intelligent messaging and status terminal with respective mobile package will service new additional vehicles to AMR's fleet. In addition AMR has given approval to RMs proposal for a new report package allowing unique selected data to be accessed by AMR's staff no matter where their office might be located. An upgrade which would also provide a back up for their system is being contemplated.

July 2005, Las Vegas NV. RM enters into a support arrangement with McInosh Communications in Las Vegas. Specifically McIntosh's technicians will service vehicle problem requests and perform first level swap outs to return the vehicle to operation quickly. RM performs quick turn an any problems enabling AMR to have a very high level of operational service.

June 2005, London UK. RM receives large add-on order for Dial-A-Cabs fleet. Using RM's new Data Transceiver, the new mobile package integrates the modem and GPS into the Transceiver making the installation much easier. The new system accommodates all the special features of the older arrangement for voice / data control, emergency operation, GPS and auto power control. Units expect to ship late July.

June 2005, Bremerton WA. RM receives order and completes a request to add a 2 way communicating link to the FIRST LOOK Pro application. Working with First Look engineeers RM worked out a two way comm that sends new Event addresses to that application if a data entry exists containing unique information about the location, a HIT message is returned to IQ Mobile, allowing the user to hot key to the First look on board data.

June 2005, Lafayette LA. RM receives Purchase order to upgrade Acadian Ambulances Gateway and add 16 more ports bringing their total to radio site capacity to 32. The new 3.0Ghz processors and larger memory ensures needed RAM to manage the additional ports. In addtion Mobile packages were ordered bringing the total to 40 for this current year. Acadian Ambulance system incorporates mobile satellite vehicles, older DXT terminals and newer Windows based terminals all with different capabilities and managed through the Gateways to their CAD systems. Emergency switchover is easily accommodated with RM's A/B switchover system.

March 2005, Kitsap County WA. RM receives additional mobile packages and Mobile software orders for Fire and Rescue. Several Departments have added units to their fleet. The Fire department feature RM's IQ Mobile 3.1 version of mobile software which is customized just for them, versus the Police release.

March 2005, Greece NY. RM receives orders from the Greece Police department in Rochester. Part of the combined agency private system the add-on is easily accommodated by the system.

January 2005, Bremerton WA. RM receives additional hardware orders for several agencies including Poulsbo, Central Fire and Rescue, Kitsap County. These orders are using RM's new Data Transceiver with improved overall performance and the possibility of using the integrated IQ Modem as well as the new V3.0IQ Mobile software featuring IP interface over their private network.

December 2004, Washington State. RM receives final sign off for its IQ Mobile 3.0 IP mobile application. The initial specification was changed numerous times to meet users desires and operational needs. Two versions were created for Law Enforcement and Fire. One unique feature allows the officer to select the RF system installed in any vehicle from his assigned mobile terminal.

November, 2004 London UK. RM receives approval for Consulting services for the RF network and additional radio and modem equipment, based on successful testing of RadioMobile’s new Integrated Radio-modem offerings.

November 2004, Rochester NY. RM completes the replacement and upgrade of Monroe County Department of Public Services IQ Link controller used to route and manage their county wide multi-agency mobile data network. Originally installed in 1994, the RadioMobile network can handle six times the current volume of traffic. Other work at Monroe County included, upgrade of existing SW to operate on current Windows platforms and additional radio and modem equipment over the course of this past year.

October 2004, Rochester NY. RM receives upgrade contract for its Server Gateway hardware and software. This upgrade was completed this month. The new software allows better support and handles more traffic with current state of the art processors, memory and hardware ensuring the capacity for new applications and services.

August 2004, Las Vegas NV. RM completes install and fleet upgrade for AMR, Las Vegas. This program was changed in mid stream to include previous CMX 4500 Status heads. A new agreement facilitated the check out and service of all previous equipment and installation of RM’s new CMX6000 in critical care units and other line vehicles. In addition, RM provided training and test mobile arrangements to assist AMR in determining where any problems might exist. A Geographic system, RM’s IQ Locator was installed to further assist operations managers with user, location and other related information.

August 2004, Albuquerque NM. RM receives add-on orders from Albuquerque Ambulance services. RM is working with management for an upgrade path utilizing their current private network.

July 2004, Marana AZ. RadioMobile entered into a maintenance agreement which included the upgrade of the Marana Police department’s existing RM’s MDT300 mobile data terminals to RM’s MDT 1000 Mhz processors and WindowsXP operating system, as well as most of the improvements incorporated in RadioMobile’s MCT’s since the original purchase in 2001.

June 2004, Los Angeles CA. RM receives orders for additonal units for LA County Fire. The old system still meets their needs with RM providing maintenance support.

June 2004, Rochester NY. RM receives expansion order from Monroe County's mult-agency mobile data network. This network serves the vital 911 center. Orders came from several departments for the coming quarter. Analysis of the network's activity indicate plenty of capacity left for more applications or mobile units.

May 2004, London UK. RadioMobile signs agreement to upgrade London’s Dial-a-Cab mobile data interface software to make improvements including network balance, network control and other driver operational issues. The agreement includes annual hardware maintenance and software support for their over 2000 vehicle operation.


NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENTS

June 2005, San Diego CA. RM demostrates its vehicle mapping application utilizing the Ericsson GPRS network. The first demo was performed in preparation for a trial with Los Angeles County's Tow truck service.

November 2004. San Diego CA. RM announces the addition of the 1XRTT data express over the Verizon public network to its Gateway mobile network interfaces. This network demonstrates the ability to communicate with and track vehicles anywhere there is Verizon Express data services.

August 2004, San Diego CA. RM announces its IP over its private network. Incorporated to inteface with Intergraph's new CAD, RM provided the IP module to its MLA04 network interface software.

May 2004, San Diego. RM announces the availability of its newest addition to the CMX family of status terminals. The CMX6000 boasts a four line white LCD display and Status Keys, with user system indicators, message buffering and single key or two level Status messaging. Like former CMX terminals the CMX6000 captures AVL data using the GPS system and provides accurate position and time stamps to all operator entries. The CMX6000 terminal is installed and functional in Las Vegas’s AMR medical response facility.

November 2004. San Diego. RM announces its new Integrated Radio with built in variable speed modem. Based on the tried and effective DSP technology the IQ Modem is now incorporated into VHF and UHF Tait 8100 platforms. Initial installations are being implemented in London’s Dial-a-Cab fleet and Kitsap County CENCOM filling recent add-on orders for mobile units.

San Diego, CA - April 04. RM launches its newest version of IQ Mobile. Version 3.0 makes extensive use of buttons for selecting commands, status, messages or networking functions. User can define color schemes for display. Alpha testing is underway for first customer.

San Diego, CA - March 04. RM launches new CMX short message,status terminal. Called CMX 6000, the unit features a blue on white 4 line by 40 character display. Silcone keypad for control, numeric and short message entry. Incorporates GPS receiver, all housed in a very rugged 1/8 inch welded aluminum box. Interfaces to most all wireless networks using RadioMobiles, network modules.

San Diego, CA - October 2003. RM closes agreement with Dial-A-Cab a London based black cab livery service. The agreement includes add-on modems along with a maintenance agreement for the current population, system support, add-on features for their system control and upgrade to the modem interface software.

San Diego, CA - September 2003. RM receives contract for new system with AMR ambulance services in Las Vegas NV. The new system will incorporate RM's new CMX 6000, an upgraded version of the CMX 4500. Additional functionality will be provided to all vehicles in their system, as well as system coverage analysis and restoration.
