RF Industries acquires RADIOMOBILE

On September 1, 2007 RadioMobile joined the family of companies that make up RF Industries.
Maintaining its identity RadioMobile will operate as a Division of RFI.

One of the attractions of this arrangement is RF Industries' depth of resources, both in specialized skills and financial. This will allow RadioMobile to grow to the next levels and contribute to RFI’s success.

RFI with RadioMobile obtains the infrastructure to go after the Wireless systems business for commercial mobile fleet managers.

The President of Radiomobile, Jim Moore remains as do all staff, contractors and contributors. Jim is also an officer of RF Industries. RF Industries is a public traded company and trades under the symbol RFIL.
